HOW TO BUY IN EHOBBY

Step 1: choose an interesting category of products for example “plastic model kit”

Step 2: choose under category “aircraft”

Step 3: if you decide to buy some products click basket icon or button “in cart”

            and chosen products is in your shopping cart.

Step 4: choose way of payment and delivery

You can change the quote of goods and the new quantity will be in your shopping cart.

If you don’t want to buy all of products which are in your shopping cart, you can resign from part of them.

Then you must click button “update”. You can also resign from order. Than you mark square remove and  click button “update”

If you accept your order click button “checkout”

Each of order must be confirmed! Request of confirmation will be send on your e-mail address.

If you have troubles during completing order, send us an e-mail or phone us.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

International orders can be paid by transfer money on our account or by credit card.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa , Eurocard Mastercard. In is a safe transaction carried out

 by eCard company.

If you transfer money on our account after confirmation  we will send you invoice by fax or e-mail.

Then you remit money on our account and we send you goods.

PROTECTION NOTICE

We provide protection of personal details according to legal act “Protection of personal details”(29.VIII.1997).

Our clients have right to view their personal details , to improve and  require to remove them.

VERY IMORTANT !

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.

Additional charges from customs clearance are the customers responsibility. We have no control over these

charges and cannot predict them.

For further information you should contact your local customs office.

If you do not belong to EU you can be obliged to pay taxes or another duties when your parcel gets your country.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

For deliveries in EU area we have chosen the DHL carrier .We can guarantee from 2 to 5 days of delivery

depending from the zone and country.

For deliveries over 200 EUR we shipping free of charge.

If you notice technical defect or mechanical damages please send back pack with description of damage

as soon as possible to our firm.

Take into consideration that you send goods back on your own cost however we refund cost after acceptation

of complaints.

After acceptation of complaints we change damage goods to new ones or offer you other products or money

refund.
